April 26, 2017Chicago – Illinois’ largest independent craft brewery introduces their first new seasonal, Sun Crusher.
Revolution Brewing’s Sun Crusher, a crushable Hoppy Wheat Ale, was brewed to celebrate the end of winter and rejoice the coming of warm weather. “We use Apollo, Amarillo, Crystal and Mosaic hops in the brewhouse and dry hop,” says Head Brewer Jim Cibak. “The use of these hops create a supremely smooth, drinkable beer with balanced bitterness and strong herbal and citrus aromas.”
In 2016, a 60.32 KW solar panel system was installed at the brewery’s production facility, which played a role in naming the new seasonal.
The spring seasonal is available in 6-pack 12-oz cans and in draft from Cavalier Distributing.
