Infinite Monkey Theorem: An Urban Winery

posted Tuesday, Aug 08, 2017  |  04:17PM

The Infinite Monkey Theorem is an all-new take on a winery. No vineyards. No pretense.  Just one mad scientist working out of a back alley in the RiNo Art District in Denver.

Infinite Monkey Theorem wine is made in a 15,000 square foot urban winery in the River North Art District of Denver. Their grapes are sourced predominantly from the Western slope of Colorado and the high plains of Texas. The results are top notch, well-respected deliciously accessible wines. Their wine is not only an expression of the local fruit, the process, and the personality of the winemaker, but also expressions of the people drinking the wine. It is a product born out of the community and thus representative of the community. With this community in mind, Infinite Monkey Theorem began canning their wines.

Now Available in Ohio:

Rose Wine | Like a bowl of fresh summer berries drizzled with cream. Intense strawberries and raspberries burst on the palate with light carbonation, great acid and a hint of residual sugar. Easy to open, easy to drink, easy to recycle.

White Wine | Loads of upfront starfruit on the nose with white peach, citrus and cardamom following. The light carbonation lifts the citrus fruits on the palate to a smooth and refreshing finish. Special feature: Shotgunnable (ask anyone!).

Moscato Wine | Fragrant dried fruit and floral notes. Palate explodes with ripe apricot, grapefruit and honeysuckle. Finishes softly, lingering with a touch of residual sugar.
